Shop Policies
Thanks so much for your interest in my hats. Most of the hats are in stock and can be shipped out right away. While I run around the U.S. selling at Art Fairs, there might be a quick run on a few of the hats. I try to keep items in stock and the website updated, please be patient if there is a delay, life sometimes gets in the way;)   If a hat has to be made it can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on my show schedule. I will inform you if there will be a delay and when you can expect shipment. Please remember that each item is handmade. Your patience, kindness, and loyalty is much appreciated. If you’re having a hat emergency, please feel free to call me.

All items are shipped via USPS, priority mail. Most orders arrive within two to three days and I include insurance and a tracking number. If you need your package sooner, let me know and I will send you faster shipping options. 

Shipping to Canada
I ship by United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail. Two weeks from shipping is a reasonable amount of time to expect your hat to Canada, but times cannot be guaranteed because the package must pass through customs. There is rarely a delay at customs, but it does happen. For shipping rates other than to the U.S or Canada please contact me.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Strong Wear is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Please note: IL residents will be charged 10.25% State tax

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Any item that has been reduced in price is a final sale

Returns and exchange details
I will gladly refund or exchange an item if you let me know within 3 days of receipt and as long as it is postmarked back to me within 7 days. Once I receive the item, I will issue a refund or an exchange. Refunds/exchanges are made after items are returned unworn and in new condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
Clearance and sale items are generally marked down between 20 and 50% to make way for new inventory. They are all final sales and are therefore non-refundable.

Sizing details
The polar fleece fabric that we use has a tremendous amount of stretch, fitting a wide range of head sizes. All of our hats are all one size although there are some that fit large or small heads better in both size and style. Play with the Filters on the left side of the page to sort and pull up hats that might work for you.

Gift Notes
If this is a gift item, please let me know.  Simply enter your request and text in the "Special Instructions" box at check out and I will be happy to add a card with your best wishes.

My hats are pretty indestructible so in the spirit of making them ship as inexpensively as possible and saving the environment, I ship the smaller orders in paper shipping envelopes. Larger packages still go out in the plastic envelopes until I can find a better solution or in a cardboard box. I try to recycle packaging whenever I can.
